Introduction

This webpage provides access to information on anti-dumping and countervailing duty actions taken by WTO Members. The data presented here are taken from the semi-annual reports submitted by Members to the Committees on Anti-Dumping Practices and Subsidies and Countervailing Measures in line with the relevant WTO Agreements. The Data Portal contains statistical information on trade remedy actions taken by WTO Members for each given reporting period, provides links to Members' notifications and lists information on all anti-dumping and countervailing duty actions included in Members' semi-annual reports.

Anti-dumping actions

Under the WTO Anti-Dumping Agreement, Members may apply temporary measures to counteract dumped imports which result in injury to their domestic industries producing like products. Before any measure is applied, the relevant importing Member must conduct an investigation.
